All India Taekwondo Dojang Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility:​​

2. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirements specified by AITD for the respective membership category.

3. Membership is open to individuals who are interested in practicing Taekwondo and abide by the principles of the All India Taekwondo Dojang (AITD).

4. Membership Application:

   • Prospective members must complete the membership application form accurately and provide all required information.

   • By submitting the membership application, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by AITD.

5. Membership Fees:

   • Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of application or renewal.

   • AITD reserves the right to revise membership fees from time to time with prior notice to its members.

6. Membership Duration:

   • Membership is valid for the duration specified in the membership category, unless terminated or suspended in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. Code of Conduct:

   • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values and ethics of Taekwondo and AITD.

   • Members must respect fellow members, instructors, and officials, and refrain from engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

8. Training and Participation:

   • Members are encouraged to actively participate in training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other events organized by AITD.

   • Members are responsible for their own safety during training sessions and must adhere to the instructions provided by qualified instructors.

9. Termination of Membership:

   • AITD reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at its discretion for reasons including but not limited to violation of the code of conduct, non-payment of dues, or behavior detrimental to the organization.

   • Termination of membership does not entitle the member to a refund of any membership fees paid.

10. Liability Waiver:

    • Members participate in AITD activities at their own risk. AITD and its officials, instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in AITD activities.

11. Amendment of Terms and Conditions:

    • AITD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms and conditions will be communicated to members through appropriate channels.

12. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with membership shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
